The Vision Behind the Gears
AI Growth Gear was founded by Surbhi Chauhan, a strategist who believes that the most powerful digital tools should be as intuitive as they are intelligent.
With a background rooted in Fashion Communication from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Surbhi began her career navigating the complex, fast-paced world of film production as an Assistant Director and Writer. This unique foundation taught her a critical lesson: A brilliant vision is only as good as the operations supporting it.
As the Co-founder and Operations Head of Enoxx News, Surbhi has spent years managing high-stakes digital environments, streamlining complex workflows, and leading teams through the rapid evolution of the news industry. It was during this time that she realized the “Efficiency Trap” facing modern entrepreneurs—and the massive potential of AI to solve it.
